The Objectives of the Phnom Penh Office

The work of the Partners in Compassion / Cambodia’s, Phnom Penh Office is to work with Communes, Communities, and individuals representing groups of Poor and Vulnerable members of society, to help them to develop their vision of a brighter future for members of their communities. We help in assessing needs, project proposal writing, and gaining support from donors. We are involved in all phases of the project cycle, from its inception to the final report – managing and supporting the interventions, while at the same time working to develop the capacity of grass-roots leaders.
